This
was a great start to a different kind of MC series! I loved the vigilante
concept that the author is going with.
Our
main characters are Dover “Collector” Raynes and Emerson “Sonnie” Flint whose
past is just heartbreaking. When Dover was 17, his nine year old sister Raleigh
was killed in the most horrific way that no child should endure. Emerson was
Raleigh’s best friend at the time. Dover and his group of nomad bikers formed
the Devil’s Due MC. They each have a
reason for getting justice for a crime that went unpunished to either them or a
loved one.
Since
then, Dover has made it his mission to find out who his sister’s killer was and
will not stop until justice is served. Years pass by and Dover and his crew
stumble across a town in Alabama where Dover reconnects with Sonnie and also to
follow a lead that may lead to his sister’s killer.
The
book is well written, the plot is intriguing, and the other members of the Devil’s
Due MC are great! My favorite thus far is Trapper! He is too funny. My next
read is the next installment in this series which I am sure will just as good
as this one!
